ESP Global 2022 Annual Dinner (Penang District) was grandly held on Tuesday night (17th) at Hard Rock Hotel Penang (Hard Rock Hotel Penang).

Time flies so fast, Here turn to year 2022. Firstly, thank you everyone for making Wealthy Homes another great year. We are happy to announced that Wealthy Homes achieved RM120 Mil sales & total 223 units SPA signed during year 2021.

HOMEGROWN brands, personalities and organisations came in for some praise during the launch of the Penang Power 100 coffee table book at The Wembley – A St Giles Hotel in George Town today.

On the ninth day of the Lunar New Year, Wealthy Homes @ Hectarworld real estate agency opened its doors in the New Year. 4 to 6 from the right in the front row are: PLB Guoyun Group Co., Ltd. Here comes to an end of another great year. First of all I would like to congratulate those who had contributed in our projects sales such as Clovers, Quay West, The Stone, P3 Apartment, P3 Terrace, Prominance, and etc. We have achieved RM165M sales and 221 units SPA signed in the year of 2020.

Overall here, I would like to congratulate for those whom had contributed part of the RM130M projects sales from Clovers, Mont Residence, Quay West and Prominance and etc. in 2019.
